Christmas Eve

After doing Christmas with Andy's family we drove to Pensacola. We missed Christmas church service, but made it in time for our tradition of Italian food on Christmas Eve. My mom had gotten a new camera and was playing around with it most of the night. Most of these pictures were taken from her camera. She hasn't quite figured out the focus yet : ). She made a lot of videos of the night on accident too.

My mom captured my arrival.

Mr.Steve studying the menu.

And people don't beleive us when we saw we take horrible pictures (my fault this time).

Blurred group shot.

Hosmer Christmas

After a few delays we finally got to celebrate Christmas with Andy's family. Poor Noah and Donny both were really sick. Noah came straight from the hosptial to Chirstmas at BeBe's and Bad Papa's. It definitely was a memorable Christmas. Noah definitely racked up this Christmas!!

His face is priceless!

Christmas fun in Birmingham

On the 18th Andy and I packed the car and headed to Birmingham to spend time with family and friends. On Monday I stopped by Concord and helped with the Turkey Trot. It was wonderful to see all my old coworks, friends and kiddos!!! I enjoyed spending the day there and hanging out with Cortney.

On Tuesday Andy and I attempted to go see Chritmas Vaction. I say attempted because the movie sold out two people in front of us. I was able to snap a few photos of the theatre while we were waiting in line. Going to the theatre at Christmas has become a traditon for Andy and I. One of our first dates was to see Elf.

On Wednesday we meet up with our good friends to have dinner at Avo in Mountain Brook Village. I am really bummed that I didn't take a picture of all of us at dinner. We met up with Stephen, Vicki, Riley, Jana, Rhett, Lauren, Alex and Daniel. After dinner we headed over to Starbucks, so Mr. Riley could grab a bottle. It was wonderful seeing everyone.

Some of the lights in the village.

Riley's serious face!

He wasn't too happy to be woken up to eat.

There's that smile! Happy with a full bottle. He thought his mommy was so funny.

Bellingrath

Donny, Jill, Noah and Beth came to visit us for the weekend( they were our first over night visitors in our house). To kick off the holiday season we all went to Bellingrath Gardens to see the lights. They didn't disappoint. It was a great start to the Christmas season. It was especially wonderful to have Noah there with us this year. Its special to see things through a child's eyes. He loved the lights and seemed to be amazed by them.

The swans were Andy's favorite.

Noah and Bad-Papa.

Jill and Noah.

The underwater scene was my favorite by far.

Look how excited Noah was to see all the lights.

Group shot minus Beth.

Andy is such a trooper!
